As a language services provider, we innately recognize the one to one personal connections that are achieved when the words that connect us are translated worldwide. Our interactions with international clients, employees, individuals and vendors are by their very nature, diverse. However, GlobalDoc feels it is important to have a formal diversity policy in place.
The company has always tried to be at the forefront of diversity and equal protection. In 1993, when the company was founded, it was one of a small group of companies to include sexual orientation as a protected and recognized class. In 2014, the company formally modified it's diversity and protection clause to include gender identity.
GlobalDoc continually evaluates all aspects of company operations to ensure fairness and diversity is maintained as an integral part of our business strategy. There are initiatives in place throughout the enterprise to manage diversity in all markets.
In respecting and valuing the diversity among our employees and all those with whom we do business, GlobalDoc employees are expected to keep the GlobalDoc work environment free of all forms of discrimination and harassment. Employees are encouraged to bring matters of concern involving these issues directly to the CEO/President or to any GlobalDoc representative, internal or external.
As an Equal Opportunity Employer, it is the policy of GlobalDoc, Inc. to afford equal employment opportunity to all individuals, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any job-related handicap or medical condition.
